FALSTAFF: "Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Dunkle Beerenfrucht, etwas Lakritze, zart nach Nougat und Edelholz, feine Orangenzesten. Mittlerer Körper, süße Kirschen, ausgewogen und elegant, dezente Fruchtsüße im Abgang, ein vielseitiger Speisenbegleiter."

JAMES SUCKLING: "Firm and fine-tannined with finesse and length to the medium tannins that run the length of the wine. Stone and blackberry flavors. Medium-bodied."

DECANTER: "Dark blackcurrant chocolates on the nose. Juicy and quite vibrant on the palate, more life and energy than some, although the fruit density remains on the lighter, more elegant side with tension and focus. I like the raspberry and strawberry flavour with slate-edged tannins that give this a real mineral and saline ending. A little stalky at the end, but well presented with potential."
