|90-92 THE WINEADVOCATE: "The 2020 Fourcas-Dupre has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and notes of ripe black plums, blackberry preserves and blackcurrant pastilles with touches of ground cloves, wild sages and fragrant earth. The medium-bodied palate features bright, crunchy black and red berry flavors with a soft texture and bags of freshness, finishing long and invigorating. Nicely done!"
91-93 FALSTAFF: "Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, zarte Ockerrandreflexe. Frische Herzkirschen, süße dunkle Waldbeeren, zart nach Cassis, feine Holzwürze. Saftig, reife Brombeeren, zeigt Komplexität, reife Tannine, etwas Schokolade im Abgang, mineralisch, gutes Entwicklungspotenzial."
90-92 WINE ENTHUSIAST: "90–92. Barrel Sample. An already balanced wine that has succulent black fruits and tannins that are integrating well. If it is a wine that will develop quickly, it will certainly offer pleasure as it does so."
90-91 JAMES SUCKLING: "Some pleasant fruit with firm, silky tannins and a good amount of dark berries and violets."
91-93 NEAL MARTIN: "The 2020 Fourcas Dupré has lively blackberry, raspberry and citrus fruit on the nose, touches of cedar and pencil lead coming through with aeration; this has a fine attack. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, fine acidity and a slightly brittle texture, but it’s harmonious and full of tension on the finish. This is classic Listrac that should age with style."
